The inspection software developed by THOP works with rule-based image processing or AI depending on the application and presents inspection results clearly – including handover to your customer or company network. A recipe and variant management makes it easy to handle different products. Operation is deliberately kept simple, understandable, clear and multilingual – equally suited to production, quality assurance, maintenance and engineering.
If a particular system is already in use at the customer's site, or if a standard platform meets the requirements economically, THOP also integrates solutions from Keyence, Cognex, wenglor and other manufacturers. Selection and implementation depend on the inspection task, the existing infrastructure, the operating concept and the desired maintainability.
For clearly defined, simple inspection tasks under stable conditions, a compact smart camera is often the most economical solution.
As soon as multiple cameras, complex inspection sequences, individual operating concepts or special interfaces are required, standard software reaches its limits.
